●  Upon setting up a scheduled time for lessons with the instructor, the student (or parent/guardian of the student) should visit www.aaronshahi.com to fill out the private lesson registration form, as well as pay for the registration, and materials (if applicable). Registration and payment must be complete in order to secure the scheduled time slot and begin lessons.

The student will be responsible to pay for all subsequent lessons missed throughout the rest of the 2-month period, regardless of advanced notice or reason for the absence. Students may not carry over their unused “missed lesson allowance” into the new 2-month cycle. The 2-month cycles start each time the student reserves his/her 8 consecutive sessions.
●  The instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson for any reason. No charges will be assessed if the instructor must cancel a lesson. Students will not be charged for any missed lessons due to the instructor’s absence.

●  If the instructor has availability in his schedule, a make-up session will be scheduled for the canceled session.

●  It is the student’s/student guardian’s responsibility to make sure that the payment for the new cycle is made before the new cycle is started.
●  If payment is not received prior to the beginning of the new cycle, lessons will be postponed/terminated until a new cycle is reserved and paid for. During this time, the instructor reserves the right to give the student’s timeslot away to other potential students.
